This spacious villa, tastefully decorated, has all modern conveniences you could need for your family holiday.

There are three double size bedrooms which comfortably accommodates 6 people. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided for you. You only need to bring your beach towel. The master bedroom has recently been extended with a large dressing area and luxury en suite bathroom. From that bedroom you can step outside onto the wide and spacious terraces, enjoy the sunshine and relax on the new sun terrace with a drink in hand! The villa provides two double bedrooms (one is a large king size bed) and the third bedroom provides two single beds which can be configured into a twin room or a double as you wish. A baby cot and high chair is available at no charge.

A spacious lounge provides an excellent area to spend time with your family relaxing. Whether you are sitting on the cool leather sofas watching cable TV or your own DVDs, reading a book or playing family games this is a great area for everyone to enjoy.

A fully fitted kitchen provides a superb area to prepare family meals. The dining area inside is perfect for when the sun is too hot to eat outside or if you want to feed the kids before going out for the evening meal with the adults. Otherwise choose the large patios and terraces with views to the sea to eat dinner as the sun goes down. Wherever you choose there is plenty of room for everyone! The quiet surroundings of the urbanisation with its landscaped lawns offers tranquillity with no passing traffic since the villa is located at the end of a no through road.

A large communal pool is a couple minutes walk away and with the majority of villas on the complex having their own pools, the communal pool could be just yours. A large shallow area is fantastic for young children who love to paddle and play in the water with the rest of the pool being perfect for the rest of the family. The landscaped lawns provide wall to wall sunshine for those who want to just relax.
