The villa is situated 6 km west of Estepona and 2 km east of the town of Sabinillas just off of the A7 coastal road. It is approximately 250 metres from the coast with some sea views. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac there is barely any passing traffic.

Getting around: To enjoy the facility and local area at its best we recommend hiring a car. However, a taxi rank is only 250m away at the entrance to the urbanisation.
