Additional information about rental rates
- Rates are shown in GBP. An additional deposit is required of £200/E200 returned to you within 28 days of your return date once a report has been received from our managing agents confirming that everything is in order and there are no unreasonable breakages or damage to the property. We accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or Euros. To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay (or £150/E150 whichever is greater). The remaining balance is due 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. For bookings earlier than 10 weeks to arrival at the villa the balance is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Upon confirmation that you wish to book, we will hold dates for 7 days to allow time for you to transfer funds.
- Charge includes all linen and towels for use inside of the villa. You can choose to have linen and towels changed at any interval during your stay for an additional charge. Enquire for rates if desired. Additional cleaning services can also be provided mid stay. Enquire for rates if this service is desired. You have to provide beach towels.
Rates are shown for minimum/pernight stays which exclude a laundry and cleaning surcharge. Please enquire for total charges for short stays. We do add linen and cleaning charges on to your reservation for all stays less than 7 nights. - Discounts are available for long term bookings (over 2 weeks). Please enquire.
Check in time is usually from 4pm and check out time by 11am. Enquire if you wish to extend these times.
Access is made available via a secure entry system so your arrival time if your flight is running late or you choose a late flight is no problem with us.
